Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Free tracked delivery on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery time

Please allow 5-12 working days from the day you order:

Processing: 1-3 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.
Delivery: 4-9 working days once dispatched.

Our products are shipped to you directly from our partner warehouse overseas, which is how we keep prices fair and delivery free. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Orders with more than one item

Sometimes items in the same order are sent in separate parcels. Each will have its own tracking number.

Import taxes

You shouldn't be asked to pay any customs or import charges on delivery. If you ever are, email us and we'll refund them.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 working days, email us at snoutwell@outlook.com and we'll track it down. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
